Idea Duck is an award-winning design firm founded by Susan McKinley Ross in 2002. Susan worked in both merchandising and product development at the HearthSong catalog for five years prior to founding Idea Duck. Since starting Idea Duck, Susan has focused on designing creative low-tech products for the children's markets.

Idea Duck's most popular product is the board game Qwirkle. Qwirkle has had phenomenal success - it sold out across the entire country during the 2007 Christmas season.
